This part of the log shows evidence of your pilot condoning these tactics. Whether you guys warped in because he called for help or simply because your pilot was under attack is irrelevant. Simply condoning such tactics is dishonorable in itself. Do you want your corp to have a dishonorable image because of this member of yours? The mere fact that you are defending him in this matter can give evidence that you, too, condone these tactics, or at least support him in doing this. Oh yeah, and simply saying that he is sorry afterward doesn't make your pilot any more honorable, since he has no way to prove that he is truly sorry or that he did not call for help. To my knowledge, you guys also have no way of proving that you had local minimized at the time. You also have no evidence AGAINST corp chat or gang chat or something else being visible. Your member could have called for help without your knowledge of him acting dishonorably. If that is the case, then it is not your fault, and your member should be disciplined if you want your corp to retain an honorable image.
I believe it's time to clear up a few things.
1) Neo Aarakyn is part of BoBo corp, a corporation our alliance, or corp, have no standings, nor dealings with. If your assumption is that the 'ambush' was 'orchestrated', then you might wish to pick up the tinfoil hat while you're at it. Try checking up on Neo's bio, corp and alliance (or lack thereof) - then check up on Attila's. Notice that they don't have much in common? Good for you. Now you see?
2) Just to make it clear, what my interest in this matter is: Attila is part of my corp, and as such, if he, or any other LFC pilot has done something they shouldn't, we deal with it. However, having 2 people, who are apparantly fighting an arranged 1on1 - (this I can't even verify, as they might have agreed to the 1on1 in a convo), and decide to fight it at a gate that's quite often camped - which is hardly a smart place, there's a reason people usually take their fights to moons or planets - one of the pilots (Saris) having a -5 standing towards us - Do you begin to see where I'm heading with this?
If you warp in and see 2 people fighting, one who's neutral to you, and one who's -5 to you, which one would you fire at? Would your first thought be "oh, they must be duelling"?
Now, I've explained what my interest in this is. What's yours? That you're ex-Wolves (Now FIX)? Poor argument. You don't even appear to be unbiased, and while it's very loyal to stand up for a (former) corpmate, don't you think you might be just disagreeing for the sake of it?
That 2 people are having a duel is their thing. Deciding to hold it at a gate is dumb. Sorry, but it is. Getting whacked by someone else passing by is just tough luck.
Now kindly stop trying to slander pilots you, to my knowledge, have never met, just because you haven't thought through what did happen, ok?
Saying we have "no proof against gang chat" is quite ludicrous as well. Seriously, step back and think about it. Obviously you have already decided that our pilots (of which I might add BoBo are not a part of) are guilty of a heinous act of vandalism and skullduggery...
*shrugs* Think what you will. It seems you're a bit far off from the truth at the moment, however.
